I had an appointment and when I showed up, a mechanic was trying to replace a part that they had taken out to fix a different car.according to the manager, (pretty shady if you ask me.). I waited to see if it got fixed but I left after 15 minutes. If I make an appointment, have the car ready. I would never recommend them to friends or family. Ask for Jessie. So i call my Credit Union they up my amount on my loan. I Come back and now all of a sudden they have a bank willing to work with me i declined and they just kept trying to force me to use their bank. I got so upset i walked out and said forget that car.Made me drive 2 hrs after they sold the car I interested in. They were straightforward and very respectful of my time. No nonsense team.
