The jets were not running this morning so I went to check the pump (see attached photo). The pressure was normal yesterday and the filter is full of water so I know it didn't run dry. Very disappointing, but after reading other reviews send typical of the current quality.It does seem to run a little hot, but not outside of normal. It was a perfect swap out for my old Hayward pump. However, the label says Century. If you have done any research on this, at all, you will know that Century pumps are a good deal cheaper than Hayward. So now I kinda feel ripped off. What gives? Does Hayward own Century or maybe the other way around. Anyway save the money and buy the Century is my advice.Works perfectly and is quieter than i expected.
