However!! The cost of this book is about the same as others that are written for just 1 model, so that in itself makes it a bargain. The diagrams and instructions are clear. The pictures are black and white, which can sometimes make it difficult to tell what's what, but the pictures are clear enough that if you look at them side-by-side with your bike, you can figure out what you're looking at. Some of the instructions could be more directing. For instance, some instructions refer to other instructions in the book (i.e. to access XYZ, you need to remove ABC following the instructions to remove ABC) without giving you a page number to go to. It's easy enough to find the references by flipping to the index, but it makes for a lot of back-and-forth if you're not already familiar with the book. In this respect, I would have given it a 3. Now, when you get into electrical problems, this is where the money is. The book comes with a CD that includes how to read the DTCs (if applicable) and wiring schematics. It's on Adobe and a free Adobe Reader is available on-line.
